Sandy is a young woman that works in the garment sector in Haiti. She participated in several of the programs that Share Hope runs and is proud to be a peer health educator. This gives her a special role in the factory with the other workers, as they come to her when they have questions about their health. Recently she participated in the Gap P.A.C.E. program also run by Share Hope. She really loved it! One of the P.A.C.E modules that impacted her the most was the Execution Excellence module. Sandy believes in excellence; she strives to excel in everything that she sets her mind to. Having a concrete mechanism to validate this belief has helped her in all areas of her life. She wants her work to reflect who she is, a person of excellence!

He said,"I didn't understand that it was wrong and I certainly didn't know about the cycle of violence!" I want to help other men understand the same.
